We are a small, family run server and we like to keep the game enjoyable for everyone. If you have issues with performance, other players, or anything related to your game play, open a ticket in-game or contact us here on the website. We try to respond to all tickets within 48 hours. Staff are on and off infrequently, based on how many players we have on, but we do check the server logs daily. You can either open a ticket in-game using the /tickets create command or by direct messaging one of our Staff on Discord.
